How do streaks work?
Every scheduled day you do a habit adds one to its streak. Missing one day is forgiven; missing two scheduled days in a row ends the streak. Rest days never count against you. For “times a week” habits the streak counts weeks you reach your goal, and one short week is forgiven.
What is Momentum?
A score from 0 to 100 for each habit. It rises a little every time you show up and dips a little when you miss, so one bad day never sends it to zero.
I forgot to check in yesterday
Tap yesterday in the row of days on Today and check it, or open the habit and tap any day in its history.
I bought Pro but it isn’t unlocked
Open Settings (the gear on Today) and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID you bought with.
How do I cancel or get a refund?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: Settings app › your name › Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Lifetime is a one-time purchase and never renews.
How do I move to a new phone?
Your iPhone backup includes the app. You can also save a backup file in Settings › Your data, then use “Restore from a backup file” on the new phone.
